Oh hey, I did end up getting a display tablet! But it's a Huion. I don't use it, and it DIDN'T make me a better artist. Suck it up, past-self!

I got my graphic tablet yesterday.
Got a headache from using it, extremely uncomfortable.
Drawing as if for the first time - all skill is gone, as if never existed.
Trying to place the tablet everywhere on the table - can't find a good enough place.
Hand hurts like all hell. Nothing works - simply can't draw anything smooth and clean.
Read some tut which came up in Google at the top, tried the exercises.
Still fighting, and hoping that I'll win eventually. It is MY tablet, and I have PLANS... *evil genius voice*

Is it one of the large format pen displays like this one? Or just a regular analog tablet? It's a pretty tough learning curve but once you get the hang of it, tablets are awesome.
It took me three years to get over the weird hand cramps that are accompanied by using a tablet.
