Nicely done. Much spook. I get the symbolism of the shadow on her eye, but don't really like how it's done - other than that I think this is ace. It feels like a modern rendering of an old horror film poster.

Regarding the shadow on her eyes it was really an internal debate whether i would put it or not, because it was really trick to do, but i gave it a shot, sometimes it hits the mark others not quite ;)

Freehand or referenced? Good shit man, reminds me of a project I did in college. I agree with the other reviews. Cleaned up a bit and some more attention given to shadow placement, and this could be really strong.

The colors for this character are great. Your linework is nice and clean too. You vary line weight a bit in the hair - I think you could do that some more to achieve depth better, specifically in the hair.

If your friend's half of the art trade is on NG you should link it in the description, it's always cool to see both sides!
